The structured payment services from Annuity Transfers, Ltd. claims on their website that they are not like other structured settlement companies who employ high-pressure sales telemarketers. However, the qualifications and experience of those handling the phone calls are not disclosed. They do state they have 40 years of industry experience but do not state if that experience is collective or that of the owner of the company.
They disclose that the process from initial phone call to getting the structured settlement sold with cash in your account takes a minimum of 70 days to complete and any company stating the process can be done faster is lying.
